Swift transformation processes, porous borders, numerous and enduring conflicts, the diversity of actors and threats varying in nature and scope are affecting our expectations regarding security. This is jeopardising peace, as well as the exercise of our rights and freedoms, Spain's sovereignty and independence, its territorial integrity and its constitutional order.
