PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAINING PROGRAMMES TO MANAGE STRESS Psychological training is a method used by psychologists or trained professionals that consists of instructing other people so that they develop certain psychosocial skills with a view to being able to effectively confront adverse situations from the present, past or future.
