Fikri, a fishmonger, in October, 2016, prompted a wave of protests in the Rif. The mobilization, beyond the control of political parties, has given rise to the emergence of a young leader, Zafzafi, who is at the head of a popular movement (Hirak) whose inspiration is Abd el-Krim. They demand from the Makhzen the end of state of neglect the Rif is suffering and the adoption of socio-economic measures for the development of the region. The government’s response has come in the form of pledges and repression. After the direct intervention of the King, who has dismissed several ministers from office, the government seems to have regained control of the situation which, nevertheless, might erupt again if the promises are not kept. 38 |HYBRID WARFARE. WHEN CONTEXT IS EVERYTHING Hybrid warfare is one of the most frequent concepts used today to define the 21st century’s conflicts, as well as the most popularized among the European public eye. Devised to warn against a type of conflict that combines the use of conventional and non-conventional means, the concept of hybrid warfare is getting much attention in spite of the controversy it generates among experts. This article tries to delve into the antecedents, context and discussions concerning the hybrid warfare concept. 77 |THE LOGISTIC BRIGADE: PROUD TO SERVE Only a few years have passed since the appearance of the Logistic Brigade (BRILOG), created in accordance with the provisions of the General Rule 02/2010 that regulates that year’s organizational adjustments. Despite the short time elapsed, a number of significant modifications have been made to the logistical structures at this level that have affected the Brigade’s composition, organizational structure and territorial deployment. But the major change in the field has taken place in the very concept of employment of the Logistic Brigade as a whole and that of its different subordinate elements. Throughout the present article, we will have the opportunity of examining in detail the new reality of “third line” logistic support, the backbone of which is made up by the Logistic Brigade. 32 |RÉVOLTE DU RIF La mort du vendeur de poisson M. Fikri en octobre 2016 a provoqué une vague de protestations dans le Rif. La mobilisation, étrangère aux partis politiques, a permis l’apparition d’un jeune leader, Zafzafi, à la tête d’un mouvement populaire (Hirak) inspiré par Abdelkrim. Ils demandent au Majzén la fin de l’abandon du Rif et des mesures socio-économiques pour le développement de la région. Le gouvernement a réagi en alternant les promesses et la répression, et après l’intervention directe du Roi, qui a renvoyé plusieurs ministres, semble avoir repris le contrôle de la situation, bien qu’elle puisse éclater de nouveau si la promesse n’est pas tenue. 38 |GUERRES HYBRIDES. QUAND LE CONTEXT EST TOUT La guerre hybride est l’un des concepts contemplés aujourd’hui pour définir les conflits du 21ème siècle et celui qui est devenu le plus populaire parmi l’opinion publique européenne. Conçue pour mettre en garde contre un type de conflit qui intègre l’emploi de moyens conventionnels et irréguliers, la guerre hybride reçoit beaucoup d’attention malgré les controverses qu’elle suscite parmi les experts. L’article vise à approfondir les antécédents, le contexte et les débats sur le concept de guerre hybride. 77 |LA BRIGADE LOGISTIQUE: FIERTÉ DE SERVIR Quelques années seulement se sont écoulées depuis la création de la Brigade Logistique (BRILOG), conformément aux dispositions de la Norme Générale 02/2010 sur les adaptations organiques pour cette année. Malgré le peu de temps passé, il y a eu des changements très importants dans la physionomie des structures logistiques de ce niveau, qui ont affecté à la fois leur composition et leur structure organique ainsi que leur déploiement territorial. Mais le changement véritablement pertinent qui a eu lieu dans ce domaine est représenté par le concept même d'emploi de l'ensemble de la BRILOG et de ses regiments et bataillons.
