Le processus de sélection, de formation et de préparation des soldats est une question essentielle dans le Cycle de Planification de la Défense. Le concept de la Guerre des Trois Blocs et du Cap Stratégique du Général Krulak offre un outil très efficace pour résoudre ce problème. Cet article passe en revue ce sujet et propose des recommandations pour attaquer ce problème avec succès. 36 |ORGANISATION ET EMPLOI DE LA DIVISION ACTUELLE La grande unité Division a traditionnellement été la base sur laquelle les armées de terre ont été structurées. Cependant, suite aux changements géostratégiques des dernières décennies, le rôle de la division a radicalement changé, présentant actuellement une situation organique et doctrinale incomplète. La consolidation de la Division et l'ajustement du nouveau type de Brigade adopté par l'Armée de Terre dans la Division sont donc 128 / Revista Ejército nº 929 • septiembre 2018 jugés nécessaires. Ainsi, il semble approprié de mener et compléter le développement doctrinal de l'emploi des nouvelles brigades non spécialisées, l’emploi de la division avec ces brigades, sans troupes divisionnaires organiques, et l'étude des alternatives organisationnelles et de sa préparation et son emploi. 67 | LA SOUS-DIRECTION DES SYSTÈMES TERRESTRES DE L’INSTITUT NATIONAL DES TECHNIQUES AÉROSPATIALES (INTA) Cet article décrit l'origine de la Sous-Direction des Systèmes Terrestres de l'Institut National des Techniques Aérospatiales (INTA). Il commence par un bref compte rendu des centres qui ont été intégrés à l'Institut Technologique de La Marañosa (ITM, 2010) et plus tard à l'INTA (2015) et décrit les missions qui lui sont confiées, avec une mention spéciale aux services fournis aux Forces Armées et aux projets en cours apporte au public qui apprécie les interventions des unités de musique militaire. On essaie d'accorder à ces unités le prestige de leur double contribution, civile et militaire. 22 |THE THREE BLOCK WAR The analysis of the future carried out by NATO,USA or the United Kingdom points out a series of worldwide trends towards the year 2035 which demand the update of the materiel and personnel capabilities of the Armed Forces. The process of selection, training and preparation of the soldiers is an essential matter in the Planning Cycle of the Defense. General Krulak’s concept of the Three Block War and the Strategic Corporal offers a very useful tool to tackle this matter. This issue is reviewed in this article, and some guidelines to successfully address it are proposed. 36 | ORGANIZATION AND EMPLOYMENT OF THE CURRENT DIVISION The large unit Division has traditionally constituted the base upon which the armies were structured. Nevertheless, following the geostrategic changes of the last decades, the role of the Division has changed drastically, showing nowadays an incomplete organic and doctrinal situation. Consolidating the Division and fitting the new type of Brigade adopted by the Army within it is considered, hence, necessary. Thus, it seems appropriate to carry out and complete the doctrinal development of the employment of new, non-specialized Brigades, of the employment of Divisions with these Brigades, without organic divisionary troops, and the study of alternatives in their organization, preparation and employment. 67 | THE GENERAL SUBDIRECTORATE OF TERRESTRIAL SYSTEMS OF THE INTA This article describes the origin of the Subdirectorate of Terrestrial Systems of the National Institute of Aerospace Technology (INTA). It begins with a brief review of the centers that integrated into the Institute of Technology “La Marañosa” (ITM 2010) and later into the INTA (2015) and describes the missions assigned to it, making a special emphasis on its service to the Armed Forces and the ongoing projects.
