However, the regional conditions have been an advantage to seat a financing infrastructure of Hizballah in Latin America, which has been nourished by diverse activities of organized crime. On the other hand, it will be a question of demonstrating the increasing threat of the Islamic State in Latin America, as an attempt to reflect the evolution of the Islamic radicalism in the region.
