Sin duda será esta una tarea que deberá tratar de abordar el nuevo SG en base a los avances realizados en los últimos años. Abstract: Both the recent election of Antonio Guterres as the new Secretary General (SG) of the United Nations (UN) and recent developments in Washington highlight the long awaited need for reform in the Organisation.
