ABSTRACT
Tha assistance of Spain to the American Revolution started even before
the formal declaration of war of Spain to Great Britain in 1779. Juan de
Miralles was a key person in the envoy of military supplies to Washington’s
Continental Army at that time, as they were also Luis de Unzaga and Bernardo
de Gálvez from the Spanish Louisiana.
