Este documento pretende analizar la utilidad que las Fuerzas de Infantería de Marina pueden aportar en los nuevos escenarios y el futuro inmediato, al tiempo que se revisa su necesidad y demanda en el entorno aliado, identificando su valor en el nuevo entorno conjunto al que evolucionan las Fuerzas Armadas españolas. Abstract: In recent times, the traditional approach to the nature of conflicts and the employment of the Armed Forces to face them have been substantially modified. This paper intends to analyze the usefulness of Marine Corps Forces in the new scenarios and in the foreseeable immediate future, while reviewing their need and purpose in the allied environment, as well as identifying their value in the new joint employment concept towards which the Spanish Armed Forces are currently evolving.
