Torres Soriano* Lecciones aprendidas de la lucha contra el yihadismo en Internet Lecciones aprendidas de la lucha contra el yihadismo en Internet Resumen: Este trabajo analiza algunas de las principales lecciones aprendidas a lo largo de veinte años de lucha contra la presencia yihadista en Internet: 1) El activismo online puede ser una forma sustitutiva y temporal de compromiso con la yihad armada; 2) Con el paso del tiempo, este activismo produce insatisfacción; 3) Los terroristas actúan como «usuarios tempranos» de las nuevas tecnologías, para poder disfrutar de espacios de impunidad; 4) La investigación de las actividades terroristas en Internet se hace cada vez más difícil, como resultado de la creciente adopción de medidas de autoprotección; 5) El mensaje terrorista en Internet tiene la capacidad de trascender a las intenciones de sus creadores. Abstract: This work analyzes some of the key lessons learned from the use of the Internet by jihadist groups over the last twenty years: 1) Online activism can be a substitute for commitment to armed jihad. 3) Terrorists are "early adopters" of new technologies, to enjoy spaces of impunity. 4) The investigation of terrorist activities on the Internet becomes increasingly difficult as a result of the adoption of measures of self-protection 5). The terrorist message on the Internet has the capacity to transcend the intentions of its creators.
