MIURA, Development of a
Precision Guidance Kit for
Ground-to-Ground Rockets
everis ADS has the capability
to design and implement highly
accurate and low-cost guidance
kits. The MIURA R&D project
is an example, based on the
combination of INS and GNSS.
MIURA allows transforming
conventional ballistic rockets into
highly accurate guided ammunition
using a canard-based navigation,
guidance and control system.
SCRAB Aerial Target Drones
everis ADS markets the aerial
target drones of its investee,
Sistemas de Control Remoto (SCR).
Building on its experience with the
SCRAB-I, SCR designed and built
the SCRAB-II, with the guarantee
of top performance, a competitive
price and simple operation and
maintenance.
It features twin turbojet propulsion
operated autonomously by on-board
electronics. The SCRAB-II is
so easy to operate that it is ideal
for use in all types of locations,
including on ships for exercises at
sea.
The SCRAB-II is used for missions
that require different types of
missiles, including STANDARD
missiles, HAWK missiles, ROLAND
missiles and IRIS-T missiles.
Alakran Mortar System
everis ADS markets the Alakran
of its investee, Ventura Defense.
The Alakran mortar system is a
lightweight mortar carrier for 81-
and 120-mm mortars for highly
mobile deployable units.
It provides a new perspective on
the use of 81-/120-mm mortars,
which can be used by deployable
units without limiting their mobility.
Its design, developed to prevent
the recoil of the shot from affecting
the vehicle, solves many of the
problems that limit the operation of
current mortars: excess weight, the
need to reinforce vehicles, large
platforms, overheating, etc.
