This book collects notes that I wrote because of an invitation from the State University of Economics of St. Petersburg to hold two seminars on leadership in October 2015 and 2016. These seminars were aimed at students of various nationalities.
These notes are for the use of a teacher or moderator on the issues raised in the work sessions. The topics appear very condensed in the book because they serve as a basis for developing them later in the presentations. They are written in such a way that, on the one hand, students can read them as review material at the end of the course and, on the other hand, that those who have not participated in it can follow the thread of the presented proposals.
The reader will gradually reflect on what an effective leader is, what the five strengths that make up leadership capacity are, and how to adapt them to his or her personal situation. In the end, you may discover not only that you can be a leader, but that you must be one, and in capital letters.
