The list of military targets selected (see Table I) sets out over 40 bases from 16 countries, which have been grouped together by regions of geographical interest in the following way: Europe (Germany, France, Italy, the United Kingdom), large powers (Russia, USA, China), South America (Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela), The Middle East (Iran, Israel, Syria) and the Asian-Pacific (North Korea, South Korea, Japan).
