Cuidados posteriores Durante su utilización se han de tener en cuenta como principios fundamen-tales el control neurovascular (pulso, temperatura y sensibilidad) distal antes y después de su colocación, y durante el traslado. Asimismo es importante revisar y reajustar la fuerza de tracción para evitar la pérdida de eficacia evitando el exceso de tracción y la prolongación excesiva de la tracción más de 2 horas.
