CONCLUSIONES
Este trabajo pretende ofrecer una visión del manejo de casos
en cuarentena repatriados de Wuhan; la organización sanitaria
(financiación privada o pública, civil o militar, atención hospi-talaria
versus atención primaria) difiere en los países y regiones,
por lo que este modelo no podría aplicarse en todas las regiones.
En el presente caso, la organización y las capacidades militares
fueron útiles para apoyar el modelo.
Como conclusión, la cuarentenaria hospitalaria puede ser
un método útil para casos seleccionados de enfermedades alta-mente
contagiosas. Sin embargo, se necesita un buen soporte de
recursos e instalaciones, selección de personal experimentado y
protocolos revisados.
